Protecting the Law Since 1973
I provide both in-person and remote mediation/arbitration services, or alternative dispute resolution services.
I served as an Associate Justice of the New Hampshire Superior Court for over 12 years. I have over 40 years experience handling a wide range of controversies (jury and non-jury) to include such areas as constitutional law, torts, contracts, insurance, business, civil rights, family, property, tax, and municipal issues.
I trained as a mediator while serving as a judge, and, with the parties’ consent, often successfully mediated cases, a good number of which had not been resolved by earlier mediation efforts. I succeed today in getting disputes resolved.
Please review my curriculum vitae and the alternative dispute resolution services I offer through the appropriate tab displayed on this page. For my remote online ADR services, please review “Online ADR for You” through the Services tab. Please also review the other displayed tabs for further information in regard to my ADR services.
